Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam dalam Menangani Disharmoni Pernikahan Usia Dini
Abstract
Early marriage is a social phenomenon that may lead to various challenges in family life, including disharmony between married couples. Limited emotional, psychological, and relational readiness, as well as insufficient understanding of family roles, often contribute to conflicts within young marriages. Islamic Guidance and Counseling serves as an approach that can assist couples in resolving marital problems through strengthening religious values, improving communication, and developing a better understanding of family life. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Guidance and Counseling in addressing marital disharmony among early marriage couples. This research employs a qualitative approach using field research methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Islamic Guidance and Counseling contributes to assisting early-marriage couples through religious approaches, interpersonal counseling, improvement of marital communication, and strengthening awareness of family responsibilities. This approach helps couples understand their problems more objectively and rebuild family harmony based on Islamic values. The study concludes that Islamic Guidance and Counseling is an effective strategy for addressing early marriage disharmony through spiritual, psychological, and social approaches.
