Abstrak

Technological developments in the era of globalization as it is now demanding that people improve their quality, especially in the education sector in order to improve the quality of human resources who will compete in the business world, the purpose of this research and service is to find out the efforts made by the Pao Paleh Daya village government in empowering villages through improving the quality of education. . The method used in this research and service is social reflection, literacy studies and interviews with several community leaders in Pao paleh Daya village.
