Abstrak

Juvenile delinquency in educational settings is one of the challenges that can disrupt the learning process and students’ character development. This issue requires effective communication strategies among teachers, students, parents, and the school environment to prevent and address inappropriate behaviors appropriately. This study aims to analyze effective communication strategies in overcoming student delinquency within educational environments. This research employs a qualitative approach using field research methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing processes. The findings reveal that effective communication strategies in addressing student delinquency involve persuasive communication, interpersonal approaches, continuous guidance, and strengthened collaboration between schools, families, and communities. Open, empathetic, and educational communication contributes to establishing positive relationships between educators and students, reducing deviant behaviors, and increasing awareness of discipline and responsibility values. The study concludes that effective communication strategies play a crucial role in creating a supportive educational environment and fostering students’ character development.
