Changes in social values, particularly religious values, have become a significant challenge for Islamic educational institutions in maintaining the relevance of Islamic preaching amid contemporary social dynamics. As institutions of Islamic education and da'wah, Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) are required to develop adaptive preaching strategies while preserving fundamental Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the da'wah strategies employed by Islamic boarding schools in anticipating changes in social values, particularly shifts in religious values within society. This research adopts a qualitative approach using field research. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that Islamic boarding schools implement adaptive da'wah strategies through strengthening Islamic character education, continuous religious guidance, persuasive community engagement, and the utilization of various communication media to disseminate Islamic teachings. These strategies contribute to reinforcing religious understanding and practice amid increasingly complex social changes. The study concludes that adaptive da'wah strategies play a crucial role in maintaining the relevance of Islamic boarding schools as centers of Islamic education and preaching while strengthening the resilience of religious values within society.
