Implementasi Kitab Fathul Qorib Terhadap Pemahaman Santri dalam Hal Ibadah di Pondok Pesantren Tanwirul Islam Tambangan Tanggumong Sampang
Abstract
Learning Islamic jurisprudence is an obligation for every Muslim, as a proper understanding will determine whether their worship is valid or not. There are several essential aspects that students sometimes overlook when learning Islamic jurisprudence, namely the implementation of their understanding of Islamic jurisprudence in daily life. Islamic jurisprudence at the Tanwirul Islam Islamic Boarding School is taught using the Islamic jurisprudence book Fathul Qorib. It was found that some students, when performing prayers, missed important aspects that are part of the pillars, such as tuma'ninah, resulting in invalid prayers. The purpose of this study was to analyze students' understanding of the Book Fathul Qorib in Islamic Fiqh of Worship and its implementation at the Tanwirul Islam Islamic Boarding School. This study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research type. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques were carried out from the data collection process until the completion of data collection with several interrelated steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was carried out by extending the researcher's presence, persistence in observation, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that students' understanding of the Fathul Qorib book in Fiqh Ibadah at the Tanwirul Islam Islamic Boarding School is conducted at several levels: nubdah class, practical class, and takhossus class. This understanding is implemented in several aspects: memorization, comprehension, application, and evaluation. Implementation is carried out in several aspects: the affective aspect (students' ability to internalize and understand what they learn from the Fathul Qorib book), the cognitive aspect (students' ability to think to gain knowledge from the contents of the Fathul Qorib book in Fiqh Ibadah), and the psychomotor aspect (students must practice what they have understood and internalized).
