POLA REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI KARYAWAN PADA BMT

Abstract

Recruitment and selection are very important aspects in getting qualified prospective employees for a company. With recruitment and selection, it is likely that the company will get qualified employees. This study aims to look at recruitment patterns carried out by BMT. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The object used as reference material is the BMT At Taqwa Muhammadiyah. Data collection is done by interview and observation. The results showed that the recruitment pattern implemented by BMT At Taqwa used a centralized pattern in recruiting employees. While selection uses a successive approach which is done in stages from administrative tests, written and interviewed. The need to include psychological and health tests in the tese stage as an effort to improve the quality of prospective employees
