Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial screening by the editorial team before being sent to reviewers. During this stage, the editors assess the manuscript's relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, overall quality, and compliance with the journal’s submission guidelines.

The journal employs a single-blind peer review system, in which each manuscript is evaluated by two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject matter. All submissions must be free from plagiarism, which is verified using Turnitin plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, fail to meet the journal’s standards, or fall outside its scope are rejected without proceeding to the external review process. Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial screening are forwarded to qualified reviewers for a comprehensive peer review.

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial team makes the final decision regarding the manuscript. Editorial decisions fall into one of four categories: Rejected, Major Revision, Minor Revision, or Accepted. The final decision is communicated to the corresponding author via email.

The journal welcomes manuscripts reporting research conducted in a single location or cultural setting and accepts studies from various methodological and research paradigms. However, preference is given to empirical research that demonstrates clear significance for a national or international readership. To be considered for publication, manuscripts should present a robust theoretical framework, critically engage with relevant literature, clearly articulate the research problem, employ rigorous research design and analysis, and make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
