Analisis Hadis Tentang Hak-Hak Perempuan Dalam Islam Pada Kajian Tematik dan Kontekstual

Abstract

This study aims to examine women's rights in Islam through a thematic and contextual approach to the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Using a qualitative method and literature review, this research analyzes how the hadiths represent the position of women in various aspects of life, including education, economy, marriage, and social participation. A contextual approach is employed to understand the historical and social background behind the hadiths, so they are not interpreted merely in a textual manner. The findings indicate that Islam, through the hadiths, guarantees women's rights fairly, although in practice, deviations often occur due to gender-biased interpretations.
